Community Outreach Champion

Are you passionate about building strong community connections and supporting local initiatives? Fleet Town Football Club is looking for a Community Outreach Champion to help strengthen the club’s ties with the surrounding area.

As a Community Outreach Champion, you’ll be the face of the club in the local community, working to build relationships with schools, businesses, and organisations. You’ll help ensure the club is engaged, accessible, and a positive influence for everyone in Fleet.

What you’ll do:

• Connect with local schools, businesses, and community groups to promote Fleet Town FC
• Act as an ambassador for the club, helping to raise awareness of our activities and values
• Organise community outreach initiatives and events to engage people with the club
• Help recruit new players, volunteers, and supporters from the local area
• Strengthen the club’s role as a community hub, ensuring all residents feel connected and welcome

• Passion for football and grassroots sport is a bonus, but not essential
