Grounds & Maintenance Volunteers

Do you enjoy working outdoors? Have a passion for keeping spaces tidy and well-maintained? Fleet Town Football Club is looking for dedicated Grounds & Maintenance Volunteers to help keep our facilities in top condition.

As a vital part of the local football community, we rely on volunteers to ensure our grounds and facilities are ready for matchdays, training, and events. Whether you have experience in gardening, general maintenance, or simply a good work ethic, we would love to have you on board!

What you’ll do:

• Help maintain the pitches, ensuring they’re in excellent condition for matches and training
• Assist with general upkeep of the club's facilities (grounds, changing rooms, etc.)
• Support with landscaping, gardening, and cleaning tasks
• Prepare areas for matchdays, ensuring everything is ready for teams and spectators

Skills

• No prior experience required — just a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of groundskeeping or DIY tasks is a plus, but not essential
• A love for maintaining spaces and supporting local football
