Fleet Town Football Club is looking for Finance & Administration Volunteers to help keep the club running smoothly and support our continued growth. As a key part of the club, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining the club’s financial records, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensuring we stay organised and efficient. Whether you’re experienced in finance or just looking to build your skills in a supportive environment, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a thriving community club.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
  • Help with day-to-day administrative duties (emails, correspondence, etc.)
  • Support with membership registration and renewals
  • Help organise financial reports and prepare documents for the club’s financial reviews

Skills

  • Basic understanding of finance or administration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • A proactive, friendly attitude and a willingness to learn
