The Hampshire Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme is part of the Hampshire Outdoors Service provided by Hampshire County Council. Hampshire Outdoors holds the Duke of Edinburgh
(DofE) Award licence for all SEND (Special Educational Needs and Difficulties) provision and open centres in Hampshire, encouraging and facilitating young people to complete their award. We are also an Approved Activity Provider (AAP) for the expedition and residential section.

All DofE volunteer leaders will be supported by Hampshire Outdoors to receive training and ongoing support. The Hart SEND DofE scheme volunteers will also be supported by a volunteer committee.
