We are looking for mentors who can provide support to neurodivergent (predominantly autistic or ADHD) young people looking for work. Mentors will support their allocated young person in tasks such as finding and applying for jobs, writing CVs, and preparing for interviews. This is a very flexible role and we are open to mentors fitting in sessions around their existing schedule.
Skills
This role is ideally suited to someone who has at least a few years employment history under their belt, and can give advice from their experience. Volunteers must be willing to attend an initial training session with us and must pass a DBS check. We do, however, have some supported volunteering roles available to those with less experience so please do get in contact if interested.
