Club Maintenance Volunteers

Do you have practical building maintenance skills to share? A passion and talent for DIY? Fleet Town Football Club is looking for Property Maintenance Volunteers to help keep our club facilities in top condition.

Fleet Town Football Club has been part of the local community for over a century. Run by volunteers, our club boasts a stadium, grounds and clubhouse. We manage a range of adult teams, from our men’s and women’s first teams to Reserves, vets and U18s, and support a constantly growing youth development section.

As a vital part of the local football community, we rely on volunteers to ensure our grounds and facilities are ready for match days, training, and events. Whether you have experience in general maintenance, a specific skill such as electrical or building, or simply a good work ethic, we would love to have you on board!

What you’ll do:

• Help keep the stadium, clubhouse, changing facilities and other buildings safe and in good condition
• Support with groundskeeping and cleaning tasks
• Prepare areas for match days, ensuring everything is ready for teams and spectators
• Help with erecting and maintaining sponsorship signage

Skills

• No prior experience required - just a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of building maintenance or DIY tasks is a plus, but not essential
• A love for maintaining spaces and supporting local football
