When you’ve had the most unfair start in life you can lose the way for the rest of your life. MCR Pathways will continue working until every young person has someone to help them find their way.
We are an award winning youth mentoring charity, providing 1-2-1 mentoring for young people in schools. Our mentors are all volunteers who give just 1 hour a week to support a young person they have been carefully matched to. They listen to and encourage a young person to build their confidence and realise their full potential. We are having a life changing impact on the young people we support.
Our aim is to help young people unlock their potential, no matter their circumstances. Working together with our inspiring mentor community and partners, we can help young people to realise their skills and progress onto a positive destination. Our vision is for all young people to experience equality of education outcomes, career opportunities and life chances.
