Equal Potential CIC are an experience-led organisation, founded in 2023 by Natalie (an ex-teacher turned social entrepreneur). We’ve received a fantastic welcome into the non-profit community, and have found a lot of support and demand for the services we offer. We have had over 300 families partake in our community outreach services in the first two years, and are continuing to grow this by the day. In just two years, we have grown to a team of five members of staff, as well as a growing team of volunteers.
As a non-profit organisation, every penny of profit from our corporate services goes directly to supporting local neurodivergent young people attending one of our community outreach programmes. We offer a comprehensive package of training, support, and community outreach designed to improve employment prospects for neurodivergent young people, and improve retention and recruitment rates for employers.
