Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW are a small independent charity that offers support from the first signs of memory loss and throughout the dementia journey, for anyone and everyone impacted by dementia. Be it the person with dementia, their family, friends, or caregivers. Our focus is on emotional health and wellbeing, reducing isolation and loneliness, and practical support - making a lasting difference to people's lives.
