Opportunities with Cove Child Contact Centre

About

Firstly, What is the CCCC? It was set up by Cove Churches Together in 2003. It is a safe, friendly and neutral place where children of separated parents can spend time with one or both parents and sometimes other family members. They are child centred environments that provide toys, games and facilities that reflect the diverse needs of children affected by family breakdown. The Cove Methodist Church provides the ideal location with front and rear entrances. The CCCC has an amazing group of loyal volunteers, an efficient management team with Team Leaders, Chairman and Treasurer. We are also blessed with admin personnel and a family liaison officer which help lighten the load considerably.
65% of volunteers are drawn from local churches including the Well of Life Church . We especially welcome help from non churchgoers. Volunteer ages range from 16 to 80+

The Contact Centre is a facility where children of broken families can spend time with their non-resident parent. Clients are mostly self referrals with solicitor or court guidance. It provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere for both parents and children. Also a safe caring environment in a place where there will be no arguments or family rows.
