Trustees & Volunteers for Hounsome Fields, Maplewood Park and Longacre

We’re building a brand-new Community Association for Hounsome Fields, Maplewood Park  and Longacre — and we need you.

 For our community to truly thrive, it needs to be shaped by the people who live here. That’s why we’re bringing together local volunteers who understand what residents really need and want. Whether that’s stay-and-play sessions for parents and toddlers, sports and wellbeing activities, or social opportunities for older people — your ideas and energy can help make it happen. Get involved and make this a great place to live.

 Meetings are currently taking place at the Primary School in Hounsome Fields.

Skills

If you have previous experience as a trustee that would be great, but not essential.  Skills from you everyday life or work can be put to good use. If you would like to learn new skills and gain experience, getting involved could help you do this.  Finance and admin experience, event planning, marketing, fundraising, governance, health and safety are just some of the skill sets that will be needed.

Training and support will be be provided where required.
