Trustees

Do you live in Hook and have a few hours a month to spare?

Would you like to help in providing important facilities in Hook?

If you have answered yes to either of these questions you have the credentials to become a Trustee of Hook Village Halls Charity Association (HVHCA).

The HVHCA is responsible for managing the superb village halls in Hook (the Elizabeth Hall and the Community Centre) and are looking for new Trustees to join our team.

The role involves contributing your skills and some time each month, working with the paid members of staff and other trustees, to manage, control and promote the villages halls.

There are 10 evening board meetings a year which you will need to be able to attend. These are usually on the 4th Monday of the month.

Skills

A resident of Hook with a few hours a month to spare to help with the management of our two fabulous community buildings.

The role would suit someone with a business background but could also benefit an individual looking to get involved in their local community.

We are definitely not running an empire so nothing too scary!
