We’re looking for friendly, water-confident volunteers to join our team as Swim Buddies. You’ll support swimmers in the pool—offering encouragement, a helping hand, and plenty of smiles. Whether it’s cheering someone through a new skill or helping them feel safe in the water, you’ll play a key role in building confidence and community
Skills
- To be confident in the water and a good swimmer
- To be kind, empathetic and friendly.
- To have a good sense of humour and be enthusiastic.
- To be reliable and punctual.
You will be required to complete e-learning training that will take between 40-60 minutes apart from the First Aid course which is 2 hours.
