A School Governor ensures that:
- The vision, ethos and strategic direction of the school are clearly defined.
- The headteacher effectively drives the educational performance of the school.
- The school’s financial resources are used efficiently

Availability Details
The Board meets approximately 12 times a year at the School. Always between 6:30 and 8:30 on Tuesday evenings. We do not expect Governors to be always available! Once or twice a year, there may be a need to conduct a School Governor visit during school time. This would always be arranged to fit times and dates that suit you.
