Do you have a passion for DIY? Are you willing to glue a ceramic pot back together and make Egyptian mummies?

Here at Ufton we are passionate about delivering fun and immersive sessions to children and we need your help! If you can spare some time every week to help our amazing teachers to prepare for sessions and repair and build props we’d love to hear from you. This will be a fun a varied experience and you will get to meet and work with all our team, in our beautiful site, both indoors and outdoors.

What’s in it for you?

• Working with our talented teachers

• Learning and improving DIY skills

• Help to make each session a magical and memorable experience

• Tea and cakes. Enjoy sitting with our team and sharing our delicious treats.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is reliable and able to volunteer some time each week

• Can work in a team and independently

• Is willing to help with a variety of tasks – building or DIY skills are beneficial but not essential

• Can travel to Ufton (we are in a rural area)

We’re flexible!

If you can spare a couple of hours each week or a whole day we’d love to talk to you. Our normal days for hosting volunteers are Wednesday and Thursday.

Come and join the Ufton team and help capture the imagination of each child who visits our charitable trust.
