Help Grow Our Membership

While we have over 1200 members we are keen to get more people joining to help protect our local canal. We are therefore looking for someone to work with the membership and marketing teams to both support existing members and help promote membership.

Volunteering with the Society is highly rewarding in terms of helping protect our canal and is also great fun working as part of a team. Undertaking some of our more specialist volunteer roles provides the opportunity to use your existing knowledge and skills and can also provide useful work experience.

Please Note: We ask volunteers to become members of the Society as it enables them to receive regular updates along with membership providing insurance cover for volunteer activities.  An adult membership is £15 p.a.
