Juniors Cooking Project Volunteer

Support children in cooking basic recipes with peers ( children aged 7 year to 11 years), whilst engaging in conversation with children about their tasks.

Skills

  • Baking or Cooking knowledge beneficial 
  • A positive view of children, and an and an appreciation of the challenges they face
  • The ability to be patient and ‘child focused’
  • Reliability and punctuality is a must!
  • Sense of humour is a definite bonus…
  • Ability to be reflective and professional, and to persevere if things do not work out as intended
