Gardener

Looking for a fulfilling way to spend your free time and be in the great outdoors? Our charity is seeking gardening volunteers to help maintain our beautiful grounds. As a gardening volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to: 

• Work alongside a friendly and dedicated team of volunteers and staff members.
• Learn and share gardening skills and techniques.
• Help create a beautiful and welcoming environment for children.
• Enjoy the benefits of spending time outdoors and connecting with nature.

Skills

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for gardening and a willingness to learn.
• Has a few hours or a day available on a Wednesday or Thursday and can travel to Ufton.
• Is reliable and has a sense of humour.
• Is physically able to perform gardening tasks such as weeding, pruning, and planting.
• Is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Enjoys eating cake and homemade soup!
