Fundrasing and Event Organising Trustee

Every Scout group requires trustees, which form the Trustee Board. This board oversees the administration of the group. We are currently looking for someone with Fundrasing and Event Organising skills. 

Main Tasks:

• Foster a common culture, values and ethos across the group.
• Create and maintain an inclusive organisation where volunteers can work, learn and reach their full potential.
• Review and recommend current and future strategic resourcing, training and development plans
• Actively contribute to policy setting, strategic direction, goal and target setting, and evaluate performance against targets, budgets, plans and objectives.
• Organise fundraising events.
• Make funding applications.

Skills

An Executive Committee Member is expected to have:
