Front of House - Meet and Greet

You would be the first person that our client sees or speaks to on the phone – the welcoming face of our team! As well as speaking to our clients to check them in for an

appointment you will also be taking brief details from people who drop in or phone for help. You will be using or updating your computer skills by entering client details onto our database system.

Skills

No specific skills or qualifications although basic computer knowledge would be required. If you enjoy meeting and helping people, this is the role for you.

Full training will be given. We also give amazing support to both our volunteers and staff.
