Cub Lead Volunteer - 1st Cove Scouts

At the beating heart of our programme, we need volunteers. If you’re passionate, practical, and proud to be inclusive, then being a Cubs Team Leader is perfect for you.

Do you hear that? Those distant howls of laughter and yells of excitement? No, it’s not the sound of animals. It’s coming from your local Scouts meeting place. Want to join in the fun? Become a Cubs Leader and help run our curious Cub Packs.

We promise you’ll feel energised, excited, and enthusiastic (OK, and maybe slightly worn out), but one thing’s for sure, you’ll definitely be back for more.

You’ll never be bored when you’re helping at Cubs. You might be giving skills for life to future technicians, musicians, or even politicians. No matter who they are, our Cubs need people like you to guide them. Whether you’re baking up a storm, or deep diving into the world of synchronised swimming, everyone can explore their hobbies at Cubs (and even discover some new ones).

So, get out into your community, get to know like-minded people, and work together with your fellow volunteers to give our Cubs the courage they need to try something new.
