Let’s Talk Trustees! Workshop

24 October 2025

Trustees are the volunteers who make decisions about how not-for-profit organisations are run, including the direction a charity takes and how its purposes will be carried out. They are the group of people who have ultimate responsibility for a charity.

Charities and other not-for-profit organisations, such as CICs and Schools, rely on Trustees, committee members, directors and School Governors. Many people have the skills and experience perfect for fulfilling these roles; however, they would appreciate more information and the chance to have their questions answered.

Let’s Talk Trustees is the perfect opportunity for this.

10th November 6-8pm Rushmoor Borough Council

This presentation and Q&A style-workshop is for anyone interested in learning more about Trusteeships, including CIC Directors, School Governors, committee members and Trustees. We will cover:

  •  Typical Trustee responsibilities
  • Typical Trusteeship roles
  • Common questions and concerns
  • How to find roles
  • Any questions you bring on the night
